“2009 Mercedes C-class C250 CDi AMG. I was faced with a bill of over £1000 for the repair of what was informed to be a faulty EIS. I was recommended to send the EIS to THE MASTER LOCKSMITH for a fix of between £120-£350 depending on the issue. Turns out after testing the unit, there was nothing wrong with it and that this meant the steering lock unit was most probably the offending item. If I send them that they will repair it for £200 and code all the keys and EIS together and test all to ensure the issue was resolved. They did not charge me for anything apart from the £200 fix. No postage or testing of the the initial job on the EIS. I received the whole lot back yesterday (less than a few days after sending) fitted it last night and all is working perfectly now! Soooo chuffed!! Over £800 saved! THANK YOU!! Highly recommended!!!”

“My BMW X5 key was back with me within 3 days. I needed to re-synch it however to my car and couldn't get it to work . Contacted The Masters who sent me a short video of how to do it ...So I copied their actions and ... Bingo ! IT WORKED ! £20 well spent. Great customer service from George and Michael. No..not him..2 separate guys at ML. Company is well named I am delighted. Walter Kemp North Shields”

“My key had been playing up just lately and Land Rover wanted nearly £400 to replace it. I saw The master locksmith on the internet and thought for £25 I'd give it a go. I sent the key Friday got it back Tuesday and it works perfectly. Will definitely use again.”
