“Was extremely pleased with the time it took and the job itself. Everything they said would happen, did happen. Only disappointment was the extra cost for the board that couldn't be repaired, however I was contacted first and also offered a full refund if I wanted the key card returned not repaired. I paid the extra and I had the key back in full working order the next day. I was really pleased when I also received the old board back, the fixed key card, a warranty for the fixed one, receipt and a spare battery. I would recommend to anyone and would use them again!!”

“The Service was just as described in their advertisement. My key arrived back in pristine condition and at £39.99 plus postage was well over £100 cheaper than any other source and £200 cheaper than a new Mercedes key. Trust them they are very good. Graham Dyer”

“I run a 4x4 dealership and spend a lot on replacement keys when they stop working. I found Master Locksmith on Google and decided to give them a go to repair a Freelander key that had stopped working. I sent it off on Thursday and received an email on Friday to say that the key was being returned and it arrived on Tuesday (Monday was a bank holiday) and it worked perfectly. I will definitely be using this service in the future.”
