“This was the first time I have used this type of service. I was very pleased with the outcome. All my questions were answered promptly. The key was returned fairly quickly even though I live abroad. All in all a very good service.”

“Your service was better than very good - it was excellent. Given that the world is awash with ultra cheap electronic devices I have never understood why modern vehicle keys are so expensive to repair/replace. Thank you for repairing what had become a dud key for about 10% of what my local Land Rover dealer would have charged to replace it, because - "No Sir, the keys are sealed units and cannot be repaired, only replaced".”

“Excellent service - very fast and efficient with very good communication. I wish I had found you sooner rather than wasting time with various local "specialists" who didn't do anything to help, and YouTube videos that turned out to be counter-productive. You just did it, very quickly and at a good price.”

“I sent the key fob recorded delivery on Thursday, received it repaired and working two days later on Saturday, an Incredible turnaround. They did a good job too, I had replaced the battery and tried to fix the fob with no luck.”
