“I read master locksmiths page and thought give them a go as BMW wanted £145 plus vat , so off when my non working key one day later my key came back and hey presto one fully working key , well happy so is wallet , thanks guy's”

“Despatched an extremely knackered Saab 93 key, with a destroyed case and no buttons working. Got back a fully functioning working key for a fraction of the cost seen elsewhere. I will be sending the other one as soon as I have a spare moment. Service was exemplary, good communication, turnaround was about 4 days from me posting to receiving.”

“I was apprehensive at first sending my BMW key through the post, with the replacement costs so high. I need not have worried though, I sent my key off as they instructed and to my surprise two days later it was back and fully operational. All I can say is follow their instructions and everything will go like clockwork, and a fraction of the cost of a replacement. Thanks to The Master Locksmith for a grate job, cannot tell it from a new one. Mike Phillips”

“Read all the reviews and though yeh it's fixed but rang them up they said no problem come down - went down to the shop couple of hours later as their website said parking outside and yes parking was outside staff very friendly 2 non working Range Rover sport fobs handed over 20 mins later 2 brand new looking fobs all working - everything I read about them is true fantastic service”

“Second key returned promptly but not working. Will ring to establish next step Phoned and got return call .Was then talked through the initialisation of my second key . “sent my bmw key off on Monday afternoon about 4 o'clock got it back on Wednesday at 9 o'clock fully repaired and worked first time.They was cut open when i sent it and they still sorted it great company highly recommended and will use again thank you THE MASTER LOCKSMITH”

“Phoned The Master Locksmith at about 1pm on a Monday. Phone call handled very well by them and I got all info needed. Put key in post at 4pm Monday and have just signed for it having been repaired on Wednesday at 12 noon. That's 47 hours from first contact to return of repaired key (it worked first time). I do not believe you can ask for anymore!”
