“Read all the reviews and though yeh it's fixed but rang them up they said no problem come down - went down to the shop couple of hours later as their website said parking outside and yes parking was outside staff very friendly 2 non working Range Rover sport fobs handed over 20 mins later 2 brand new looking fobs all working - everything I read about them is true fantastic service”

“Second key returned promptly but not working. Will ring to establish next step Phoned and got return call .Was then talked through the initialisation of my second key . Very patient and very professional advice got both keys working . Superb service, cost effective solution.couldn't be happier. Thank you very much Bill Thomas”

“sent my bmw key off on Monday afternoon about 4 o'clock got it back on Wednesday at 9 o'clock fully repaired and worked first time.They was cut open when i sent it and they still sorted it great company highly recommended and will use again thank you THE MASTER LOCKSMITH”

“Phoned The Master Locksmith at about 1pm on a Monday. Phone call handled very well by them and I got all info needed. Put key in post at 4pm Monday and have just signed for it having been repaired on Wednesday at 12 noon. That's 47 hours from first contact to return of repaired key (it worked first time). I do not believe you can ask for anymore!”

“I was amazed to find a locksmith that could fix my key card so cheap! I was expecting to have to pay £200+ until I came across this site on google. The were very professional and kept me in the loop throughout fixing the key, which they had back to me the same day they received it ! Would recommend to anyone I know.”

“Wow, really good service!, sent my key off on the Tuesday and I had it back by Thursday, good quality workmanship, was really please , spoke to one of the staff on the Monday,was having trouble with Google , he was really nice and really pleasant , and inform me on what I had to do to place an order , would definitely recommend , highly !!!”

“The speed of service was very good, unfortunately, the key is still not working. There may do a more serious problem with the lock, so the car is going into hospital next week for exploratory surgery. Thanks for your enquiry Murdoch Macdonald”
