“I sent my 2nd BMW key of to these guys 2 days ago it was totally wrecked I got it back today looks like a brand new key had a problem with sync but phoned them and they went through it with me and in a couple of minutes it was working perfectly that's two keys they have done these guys are the best and anyone says otherwise needs there head seeing to thanks guys”

“I posted my BMW key of on Saturday morning and received it back on Tuesday fully refurbished these guys are the best very reasonable price fast turn around service and very pleasant and helpful to talk to they know their stuff highly recommended I have another key that needs sorting I know where to send thanks guys”

“Hughes saving over buying new. I was told exactly what the cost would be and how to proceed. The turn around was excellent and workmanship first rate. So good intact that on receipt of my repaired fob, I sent the spare off to have that replied. Excellent”

“Key came and works well. Extra work done and no extra charge. Well done !! One very small criticism is that there was no email confirming the order. it would be good to acknowledge internet orders. Sorry about the slight misunderstanding. Again excellent service.”

“The service was initially really good but when fitted the component had an intermittent fault, I returned it to The Master Locksmith and they replaced the unit with no questions. I cannot recommend The Master Locksmith highly enough, if you are thinking of using them do not hesitate. Rob Hampshire”
