“Just got our van back from getting a secure lock put onto one of our Ford Transit's. Security is a huge factor in our business, some of our vans can be worth in excess of £30,000, to have sufficient security fitted is a must. The master Locksmith delivered a flawless service from start to finish. The Team were extremely friendly and helpful!.. Im looking forward to getting the rest of our fleet done on Tuesday... I highly reccomend their services to all people and business who want to up the security for their vans. Their prices are VERY reasonable too! Many Thanks!”

“The key fobs for my Land Rover LR2 would start the car ok but the lock and unlock buttons would not work most of the time and was unreliable. Being from the US I was hesitant sending the fob overseas to get fixed but the website seemed valid so I gave it a go. It took exactly two weeks to get my fob back and I couldn’t be happier. It works like new with a new case and battery. They even cut a new metal key that’s inside the fob which I didn’t expect. I would recommend using their service to anyone. I will be sending my second fob to them soon.”

“I got my BMW Z4 Key fitted with new Battery , it came back by Post within 3 working days which was very speedy in my opinion. On checking the Key it did not work and wouldnt Lock/Unlock my car when pressing the buttons, i knew it needed re-syncing/re-programming but did not know how. I called Master-Locksmith for help whilst standing outside my Car on a sunny hot day. No kidding and it was UK were talking about. The Man who answered the phone said he will call me back in 2 minutes. I waited 30 mins and still no-one called back. I decided to Google and Youtube it myself and managed to do it myself eventually after a few attempts etc. An Hour later 'Master-Locksmith' calls me back and apologized for the delay. I'm just glad it wasnt an Emergency. Thanks anyway ...ALMOST had the perfect service. Overall Service 7.5/10”

Hello Karho Chung, Many thanks for using our services. Unfortunately you caught us on a day when we were two staff members down in the office and this is why the delay for the call back. Usually to be honest we help with any issues on your first call and don't usually need to call you back. We also provide all the instructions on how to sync your key back to the car as standard with all repairs that may require this. You would have been sent this information. “Recently purchased an older BMW E46. One of the remote keys was completely dead, would not charge. BMW dealer wanted £150 plus vat for a new key. Found 'The Master Locksmith' site on a google search for a new key. For a fraction of the BMW dealer price they refurbished my existing key and replaced dead battery with new one, key works just fine and all done within five days. Many thanks guys.”

“This is an incredible service, from Scotland I sent 1st key on Monday and received back on Wednesday, sent 2nd key on receipt of first key and received back on Friday, both Freelander keys working perfectly and what a turn around. This is a first class service I will not look anywhere else for such a service in the future. If you require such a service don't even bother looking else where these guys are King......”

“From the moment I sent my keys to be repaired until I recieved them back it took 48 hours.I was informed of everything that was happening and when I recieved the keys they worked perfectly and I also recieved a spare battery.I would recommend this firm to everyone .”
