“Very helpful on the phone and very quick return of key. Despite a full overhaul of my transponder key, it still didn't work on return. After a helpful chat on the phone again, with further advice, was then offered a full refund, which I wasn't expecting. Excellent customer service.”

“I posted my E46 BMW key on Wednesday and received it back again on the Friday that same week with the new battery fitted. You could not tell that the key had been opened to fit a new battery and it now works much better than before. I would certainly have no hesitation in using The Master Locksmith again. Excellent service. Thank you. SHP.”

“I cannot praise the service enough, repair and cutting of my BMW key was completed and returned to me within 2 days of my posting it. A very professional and highly recommended company to deal with and a bargain compared to the price of new one from the dealers.”

“After both keys to our Landrover Freelander stopped working, Landrover kindly offered to replace both keys at £250 each! After finding The Master Locksmith, they have simply replaced the battery for 90% less! Yes there is a small area of glue where the case was closed, but for the saving this is worth it. Incredibly helpful via email and received the fixed key fob within 3 days - have the second key to send now, would certainly recommend this service.”

“They do exactly as they say, Freelander key struggling to start the car, realised it wad the battery in the key fob. Sent it to these guys and a few days latter ... voila ... a key fob that worked ... nothing needed on my part, it worked as promised .. thats guys .. great work !”
