“Excellent quick service, but key is causing problems again ,it locks the car but then a couple of hours later the alarm starts going off and I cant then lock it again for ages !!! So I need to speak to you for some suggestions.”

“Excellent experience. An absolute bargain and first-class service. Completely replaced my broken spare Renault Trafic key for £20. Sent the key off on Friday and it was back with me in Somerset by the following Wednesday. Much better than the £200 that Renault and other companies were going to charge. Would recommend service to anyone.”

“We were told that if we sent our key recorded delivery it would be repaired and returned he following day.Sceptical we sent it off and hey presto it arrived the next day. Fully working and with contact details should their be an issue,which so far there has been none. The spare key will follow for repair immediately. Brilliant service, I would recommend The master Locksmith to everyone. Thank you.”

“Excellent customer service. Did exactly as promised. I sent them a key that wasn't working and they have sent me back a key that does. Casing, blade and inners all replaced. Got back brand new key. Incredibly happy. Would recommend very highly”
