They rang me sooner than expected to say that replacing the keyboard would do the trick. And rang me sooner than expected to say that I could come to collect the computer. And all is working well. “They are very nice and patient people - and made the process of updating my iMac a real pleasure. They transferred all the data, delivered the new one and stayed with me until I was happy it was all working. By recommending a reconditioned iMac they saved me money, and were happy to return the hard drive of my old one to ensure security.
