“Very genial, knowlegeable, and helpful, producing a good result with my repair. Let me down a but inter timescale. Estimated a week, once the desired action was decided, and it took nearly two.”

“I’ve only been to MacMan once and wasn’t that confident with the service I received. I had to chase for it to be done after a couple of days: they said they could do it that morning but then phoned me at 11.30 for my password and said it would be ready in an hour later, I doubted whether the full service could have been done in that time.”

“Fast, friendly and efficient service. Everything was explained thoroughly and simply. I can't believe I waited so long before taking my problematic mac book in for a service. It is now working very well indeed. I won't hesitate to use MacMan again.”

“I thought my two and a half year old iPhone 5S was a goner taking all its (unbacked up) information with it. A quick visit to MacMan and i was told that afternoon what the problem was and it was repaired by the next lunchtime at a cost of £45 so I was thrilled.”

“fixed phone same day at the quoted price. staff are very helpful - happy and offer easy drop in service at there new shop. Would not hesitate to use them again and recommend any person with an apple problem to give them a try. Never had service like it for quite some time !!!!!! There is no hard sell what ever you want is quoted and its up to you.”
