“Ryan is very experienced in fixing all those small software issues that inevitably arise from time to time which I have never come across before and have no idea how to correct. I've always received very good advice about hardware too. And in an major failure the Mac Man always gets the hard drive up and running again, even if it means transferring its contents via onto a temporary hard drive or accessing it through a caddy. Very good service and very good at explaining technical issues in non-tech language.”

“Got a new battery for my MacBook Pro and asked for over-heating to be investigated. When I got it back, there is no difference - battery runs down just as quickly and still gets very hot. Am left wondering whether I did get a new battery...”

“MacMan are amazing. Such a lovely and professional team. Incredible knowledge and don't rest until they get to the route of any problem. I'd recommend them to anyone for anything from a cracked screen to lessons on a Mac! So pleased to have them locally!”

“Mac Man were very quick and efficient. They sorted my problem with little stress and gave me options too about more improvements I could make. They also cleaned the keyboard! It took the stress out of my mac being annoyingly broken.”

“I was a little unsure about getting them to do something as relatively simple as instal a SSD but my MBP now works so well I'm glad I did it. They we're helpful all along the way - great comms!”

“I have always found them to be very helpful and obliging. However on the last occasion the problem that prompted me to take my computer to them was not resolved although I spent money on speeding up the system. I was then sent a means of sorting things out myself but have not been able to do that. I will need to bring the computer back at some point but assume this will be at further cost. Perhaps I should have got back to them earlier to let them know I have not managed to sort things out.”
