“Mac Man (Tunbridge Wells) were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and kind. This, naturally, instilled total confidence in me - largely because I also knew that they weren't scamming me. PJ (who took my initial call) was very patient with this rookie and could not go out of his way to help me - thanks, PJ. James (who handled my case in the v.stylish shop), not only reassured me that the virus-ey download I had made would not totally stuff-up my laptop, but gave me additional ideas and upgrades for no extra cost. That was a sign of class. Nice one, James.”

“I've now used MacMan for sometime and they can be relied upon. I use a desktop iMac. The people at MacMan are very professional and are very prompt with your calls for help. Recently I needed help; I telephoned them in the morning and I had my problem attended to at my home in the afternoon. This was very assuring..”

“My elderly iMac feels like a new computer thanks to MacMan whose work has saved me a fortune (I was thinking of buying a replacement). I received some great advice in the Brighton shop on the best way to upgrade, the work was done in a few days, and then Ryan added the final touches (linking a Time Capsule to our two iMacs) in a home visit. This is the second time we've used MacMan and both times the results have been brilliant. And the price is reasonable.”

“The 2nd time i went back and as the 1st time excellent service. I also had another problem two days after i received back my IMac and they fixed it again straight away no charge Thank you”
