“Good prices but should let you know what the faults are on the refurbished laptop before buying because you slowly discover them yourself. Also was called to say my laptop was now in the store to pick up, when I got there they said it wouldn't be there till the next day”

Hello there. Can you send us your name or email address so your experience can be looked into? All of our preowned Macs pass a QC process before sale so faults should be picked up at this point.

“These guys really know their stuff, I had a lot of issues with storage and things not working correctly on my mac, many of my friends recommended them and I wasn't disappointed, they gave me me really great honest advice and were just really helpful and understanding, will continue to use their services for all my mac support.”

“IT savy son thought 4 year old i-pad beyond cost of effective repair but I checked with MacMan. Repair of "blind spot" and new screen for £45 with summer offer. Now good as new.”

“Their kind colleagues in store are always helpful and well informed and don't seek to trip you up with jargon or get you to spend more for the sake of it. They made parting with a large amount of money a lot less stressful as I knew what I was buying was right for me and that I could be confident of the quality of the mac I was buying. I've only ever heard good things about MacMan from all my friends who have gone into their shop, and quite rightly so.”

“When you enter a tech place due to a fault on your wonderful machine you are concerned that it is fatal or at the worst very expensive to fix. My fears were allayed quickly that it could be one of few things wrong and that the diagnosis cost would be removed from the fix cost so that really all I was paying for was the time to repair and any materials. I left with my fears abated and awaited the next contact in case it was the dreaded major cost or fatality. I got neither but a call to say that it was a back up of data and a reinstall of the software then all data returned. I was delighted with the ease at which my problems were taken away and then sorted. My only real issue for the lads in the TW shop is that on hot days its like an oven in the place and really good air conditioning would get more people coming into the store. It was a hot day on my first visit and they have to keep the door open due to the situation that the store is next to a traffic lights in the centre of town and the busses and cars are right outside with their engines running causing fumes and noise for the shop to contend with. Great lads, great service, happy customer,”

“There are three kinds of service – bad, good and exceptional. As an owner of seven Mac computers of every stripe, the service I’ve received from MacMan Tonbridge Wells over the last four years has never been anything other than exceptional. On the technical side they are second to none - be it retrieving data or sourcing obscure graphics cards for older machines – they always deliver. But they’re also incredibly friendly and helpful with it – if you’re spending too much money on a laptop that doesn’t justify it, say, they will come right out and tell you. When you drop your machine off you typically get a call that day with an initial assessment plus you get text updates too. I’ve also had good experiences buying second-hand laptops from them too. All in all, I could not recommend MacMan T-W highly enough.”
