“Honest, approachable and knowledgable staff. My already, painfully slow Mac was unusable after spilling soy sauce on the trackpad. I was reassured that the trackpad would be replaced only if it couldn't be cleaned up first. I was advised to upgrade to a SSD which, as promised, has made my Mac a lot faster, it's like new again. There was more work that could have been done but they suggested I wait and try my laptop for a while to see if I really wanted it done. Very happy, a quick turnaround and you saved me money... thank you!”

“It’s reassuring to know that Macman is nearby to give technical advice by phone or if need be come on a house call to sort things out. I have also on occasion taken my desk top and lap top over to Macman on Quebec St to iron out problems which can occur when updating operating systems. Ryan shows great patience and an obvious enthusiasm when explaining how to cure a problem while reconfiguring the Mac to function better. I bought both my machines from Macman following their expert advice on what was most suitable for my needs. I have also recommended Macman to delighted friends looking to buy a Mac either new or reconditioned and was warmly thanked afterwards for my advice. 100 percent satisfaction!”

“Investigated problem and thoroughly tested machine affected by smoke damage. Retained machine for me whilst the insurance sorted things out then repaired the fault quickly and efficiently always keeping me in touch with progress. I have used and bought from Mac-man before and would not hesitate to use them again.”

“Excellent, efficient and knowledgeable service from The Mac Man. My MacBook Pro had completely stopped working and although I knew what the issue was, I was unfortunatly unable to sort it out myself. The Mac Man kept me informed both via email and through phone conversations as to the progress of my rebuild. I had my MacBook Pro back a few days later working good as new.”

“My iMac was dead. The MacMan was able to access parts that AppleMac wouldn't and found a new hard drive for my (as new) 6 year old machine. In 2 days they had it up and running and re-installed all memory from my time Machine. All back to normal for about £170. A painless repair!”

“My three year old Macbook Pro had gotten pretty decrepit when I brought it in, but is now running like it's new. The staff clearly explained my options for upgrading the machine and I felt comfortable leaving it in their hands. The repairs were performed quickly and I am extremely satisfied with the results. Would highly recommend.”
