“My laptop was returned "repaired" and I was charged a resonable fee however when I got it home it still would not work so I had to take it back. As of yet the staff have been unable to repair it or find out what the problem is. I understand that this is the nature of computers and feel confident that it will be repaired the staff have been very polite and understanding so I'm frustrated and disappointed that it is taking so long to repair but understand that it is not really the staffs fault.”

“Shop was nice, staff very pleasant BUT would have liked a simple repair done quickly. Was not aware of their "bring it in before 1130" policy. therefore had to wait more than 24 hours which was a struggle.”

Hi Mark. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We typically always advise customers that we need their iDevice before 12.00 to complete the repair same day. I will speak to the member of staff that checked your iPhone in and address this immediately.

“A wonderful company and group of individuals you can trust! I have been a customer now for several years, as it seems I have a glitch once a year due to using a v. old mac or just not understanding something. I get more or less instant help, everyone there is very patient with me and explains stuff I don't understand. The fee is reasonable. Couldn't do without them! Keep the Macman's number in your address book, you won't regret it!”

“I brought my Macbook in for a repair as it had a knackered hard drive which was making my computer incredibly slow and consistently crash. I decided to head to the Apple Store for some advice but the Genius team were not very helpful and in fact made my Macbook perform even worse. I contacted The Mac Man immediately after, they pretty much diagnosed the problem without even taking a look at the computer and had it ready within a day or two. Price wise, it cost me half of what Apple would have wanted to charge so I was very happy with the service.”

“My device had a good full service done to it and works just how I bought it again. I would recommend Mac Man for anyone who needs a fast and efficient service at a reasonable price. Only one thing to note, on checking my device I store my battery was not charged at all so couldn't walk out using it until I charged it other than that well done Mac Man!!”

“Absolutely excellent service over the bank holiday weekend. Saved me from loosing my hard drive and upgraded my MacBook Pro with minimal down time to my business. I am however waiting for a response to a query and would have liked someone to call / email me to arrange a time to tackle a synchronizing issue.”

“My laptop's hard drive imploded at a crucial time and they were able to make the machine usable again in a matter of days- friendly service and fair rates (aka much cheaper than a brand new machine)- would highly recommend”
