Really pleased with the service, the repair to my computer was done quickly. The staff are great, I will definitely use again and am very happy to recommend.

We use the Mac Man to fix all of our Mac's at work - they are great, helpful and know their stuff when it comes to Mac's. I have just had the battery replaced for an I Pad and it is holding it's charge well now and charging up more quickly so I am very happy with that - will use again definitely.

Jon & his Team at the Tunbridge Wells store are Brilliant. We have done Business with the Mac Man Tunbridge Wells since they opened up in Tunbridge Wells. Good communication, and explanation has been the Key. We will return again should another piece of equipment “die” on us.

I have always been met with unfailing courtesy, patience and astonishing efficiency, either over 'phone or the occasional on-site visit. I have nothing but praise for the ready services they provide, particularly for an old fellow like me. They always resolve the problems that sometimes are so troublesome to me. A.Mcleod.

Engineer had to visit twice as the problem was worse than was anticipated - obviously then I expected it to be hugely expensive. The cost was very reasonable for the approx (total) of four hours+ it took to repair. That was largely down to having to clear and re-load OS, apps and software etc so not slow workmanship! The engineer was friendly, helpful, efficient and I trusted him - both his knowledge and that he cared to protect my data and machine. He also managed to fix a blip on the ambient screen light that had been a nuisance for ages and helped me to re-set my email/calendar etc. Highly recommend MacMan service.

I have been using the basic functions on a MacBook for ten years but really did not understand how to use the functions to archive and the full capabilities of a computer. I was at a loss how to use a new MacBook which I was gifted a year ago and often resorted to using my old computer. A lesson lasting an hour was too short to get me up to speed and since I did not make notes, I was unable to remember everything I had been shown. To make the best of these tutoring sessions, I have resolved to make a list of my difficulties and request that they be treated one at a time. Secondly, however lengthy the process, I must write down (ensuring that I have understood the difficulties first) all the explanations to be able to reference them afterwards.

Not overly happy that some of the work which was asked to be done was not done nor any explanation was given as to why this may not be possible, if that was the case. The removal of Mac mail from the navigation bar was not done nor was this disabled. No problem with the staff except I didn't seem to receive the expected call to say when I could collect, even though I was informed that a call had been made. No call showed as missed

Splendid service as per usual from the men at Macman. Lewis was particularly helpful in sorting graphics card issues on my elderly Mac Pro and was extraordinarily patient in answering my many questions. The mystery problem didn't remain a mystery for long and this means there should be a few more years in the old girl yet. Helpful friendly service at a reasonable price. Don't hesitate to use them!

I had taken my 1 yr old dead iphone 5s to the Apple store to fix but they said it was unrepairable (did not check it apart from plugging it in) and quoted £200 for a reconditioned phone. I saw the MacMan shop & thought it might be worth a try so paid the £25 investigation fee . A new battery did not fix it and PJ suggested calling in a component specialist who quoted £100 to fix logic board, this was a no fix, no fee quote but I decided I would be better getting a new phone. PJ could not have been more helpful & nice. They refunded me for the battery & new charger wire I had bought so all I paid was the investigation fee of £25. Additionally they were so kind as to put my photos, which they had backed up, onto a memory stick I brought in so I did't lose them which I had been anxious about. All so friendly and polite too. What a great service, very impressed, think people who go the extra mile like this should get an award!
