“I've just purchased an iMac, having hitherto operated Windows systems and then only for personal rather than business purposes. Although I managed the fundamentals of setting-up and operating the new machine, there were a number of issues I needed to resolve and things to be learned. following a spot of online research, I rang MacMan and asked for a bit of home help. They responded quickly and Matt visited me for a couple of hours to resolve my main problem and give me some on the job tuition. To be frank, I was a little frightened that a young tekkie would arrive, show me in short order just how 'simple' everything is and then whizz off again: it's happened before with windows stuff. My fears proved groundless as Matt patiently and calmly took me through my list of queries and assured me that he could give me as much time as needed to resolve things: so I didn't at all feel under pressure. All in all, a very happy experience: I won't be going elsewhere when I need more support and it's bound to happen.”

“I have complete trust in you and your services. As a freelance writer and performer, it's not just inconvenience when things go wrong, it can be critical. You always get to me quickly and though this might be tempting fate, you always solve the problem! Also I feel comfortable and not stupid. This matters. It's hard to take information in when you're not technologically brilliant and are in an anxious state. Ryan (who is my most frequent helper) is calm, quick when needed, sensitive to my needs for repetition, writing it slowly, and generally tuning in to my life and what it means, as well as the technical problem. I can't praise you highly enough.”

“I use my Mac for business so when something goes wrong it can be worrying and I need a quick response to sort things out. My Imac developed a display fault recently and Ryan arrived very quickly on site to have a look and to take the machine away for repair. Within a couple of days I had an identical pre-owned machine back on site loaded with the full desk top of the faulty machine so I could carry on with my business. The original machine was repaired within a couple of weeks and I now have it as a back up. Martin”

“I booked my MacBook Pro in for a service and Ram upgrade as the MacBooks performance had dropped considerably and the OS was out dated. I'm so impressed for a fraction of the price it's like having a new mac. Will definitely recommend to anyone!”

“Hello All We definitely found the one-on-one visit extremely useful and very good value for money. We would rate that experience as excellent and we are fully satisfied with it! The timing of the response and the appointment availability were good too. As for the remote assistance, we would say that it was frustrating that ht e problem wasn't rectified and so the charge seemed a little high for something that didn't solve the problem. In fact the original issues we called you for were not actually resolved at all, hence the need for the home visit. We would definitely come back to The MacMan if we ever have (touch wood!) more issues with our Macs. Best Picture (UK) Ltd”

“Nice people, good price, my machine now works perfectly. My only criticism is that it would be nice to have a or next day diagnostic, but I am being unreasonable for the price. Good work lads.”
