“I have recently had two items repaired successfully by MacMan. The team has been very helpful, professional and friendly. They first assessed what exactly needed doing, kept me informed and checked that I was happy to go ahead with the repairs before proceeding. The price was surprisingly reasonable and the turnaround just a matter of days. It was such a relief not to have to go through all the hassle of dealing with the "geniuses" at the Apple shop in Churchill square. I thoroughly recommend MacMan.”

“Abolutely excellent service from an amazing team of people! You saved my business and my sanity. If anyone out there ever has a glitch with their Mac, or you need an ugrade, go straight to the MacMan. I also recomend that you take your Mac for an MOT every now and again - you'll keep the hard drive clean, get loads of good tips and they will be familiar with the set up of your machine if does go down. Thank you Dan and all the team for your professionisum, expertise and kindness. Kate.”

“I spilt water on the keyboard of my mac and these guys tried their hardest to save my data and the mac. Sadly it wasn't cost effective to save the mac but all my data was saved. I know very little about computers but I have a great bullshit detector and I know if I am being taken for a ride. The staff at Macman took time to explain what they were going to try to do, they outlined the cost of each possible outcome and I am extremely happy with the service and the eventual cost which was minimal. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“I'm a very small twig on the great Apple Tree but I'm treated as an important client. That's not in any way to flatter my ego but to tell people that MacMan's support has underpinned my transition to iMac, saved hours of time and taken away problem-solving stress. Now I'm going overseas and they will look after me remotely.”

“Hi, as a new Macbook owner - its quite an old machine - I was wary of calling this company - - that came highly recommended - because I wasn't sure they'd want to speak to a user both with an old machine (2007) and who'd been a lifetime Windows user who knows next to nothing about Mac's. I could not have been more wrong. I just spoke with Lewis (Louis?) who was kind enough to give me 20 minutes of him time answering a couple of quite complex questions (for me that is) and many basic questions. There was no hint of a sell, never mind a hard sell - which no one likes these days - there was only friendly, helpful approachable and excellent help and information offered. I can't tell you how pleased I was other than by this review. I'm looking forward to taking my new/old toy to Macman for some TLC. Thank you very much”
