“I phoned them on a Saturday morning with a cracked iPhone 6 screen and by 3pm the screen had been replaced and it was ready to collect...... Excellent service thank you”

“My wife's email was hacked into so we asked our Bank to cut off our internet banking facility. They would not turn it on again until we had a virus check. Our 2 laptops are too old to run the free virus scan for macs so went to see Macman in T Wells. Excellent service as all done within a couple of hours and very reasonable cost. Spotted a used Mac which I am now about to upgrade to.”

“Within a short period of time I had an appointment where my questions were answered and I was able to improve my use of my MacBook Air. They didn't try to sell extra just met my needs. Feel reassured knowing that when I get into difficulties they are there.”

“Their operative analysed my Mac desktop, and rang me to disscus their findings and to recommend methods of speeding up my ancient computer. Their charge for MOT ing and improving the speed of this fairly old desktop was very reasonable, £107. Certainly much cheaper than purchasing a new Mac. They also sell reconditioned computers, which I shall certainly think about when I finally change my old one.”

“Took my grandsons iPad in for repair, thought it was disabled forever! It took very little time to be fixed and I was delighted with the service. The staff are all extremely polite and helpful and my grandson is ecstatic to have it back all in working order. Thank you so much guys.”

“Very knowledgable and able to advise in a clear and concise way that I, as a non-technical individual, could appreciate and understand. That's priceless to me. Then followed up with a clear explanation of the fault found on examining my laptop, what was required to resolve it, the costs involved and the timescale, which allowed me to make a truly informed decision. All topped off with the fault rectified, on time and on price. A very impressive, and much appreciated, performance all round.”
