“I would have chosen excellent in the stars if there had been one. This is the second time I have used MacMan and both times I have had excellent service. The first time , over a year ago, my iPad slid off my car seat , cracking the screen. They replaced the screen quickly and efficiently. This time my iPad started acting up when I was using it in the hot weather . I noticed the corner was coming apart. I took it back on Wednesday and have just received a call today saying it is ready for collection. How many firms are so quick and efficient. I've now tested it and everything is working well. Thank you MacMan.”

“I visited the Tunbridge Wells store, just on the off chance (I wasn't even planning to buy one at the time), to see what various MacBook Airs that they might have, either second-hand or new. I was originally looking to buy one at Duty Free when I travelled the following day, but I was delighted to see a second-hand one, the one I was looking for, in near perfect condition and it was last-year's model. For around £125 less than what I'd be paying for a new one (I know that Duty Free items are generally less, but you don't know by how much unless you either call or actually visit)! The gentleman in the store was very friendly (I'm so sorry, I cannot remember your name), gave me great advice and I found the whole experience very professional. Cannot fault them at all!”

“Friendly helpful service, even suggested I tried John Lewis as they hadn't got the exact model I wanted rather than just trying to sell me something! Happy to recommend.”

“Ryan was brilliant - very patient. Gave clear explanations and options for a luddite like me, without making me feel stupid!The service was comprehensive and prompt. Phoned to keep me up to date with progress. Got my mac back now and all functioning brilliantly. Would definitely recommend MacMan.”

“Why did I buy my Mac from MacMan? A colleague told me to go there and get my new gear rather than the Apple Store simply because of the service. I now know that to be so true, and any problems that niggle me are usually sorted by dropping in, or being talked through solutions on the phone. You'd never get that elsewhere. My Macs are 3 1/2 years old now and I'm going to renew them shortly, and I'm coming back. I would urge anyone buying Mac gear to get it from MacMan, because not only will they never let you down, they are always more than happy to go the extra mile.”

“Once again our very friendly and knowledgable MacMan solved my issue with my slightly ancient iMac G4, abs then remotely found the missing plug-ins for our surveillance CCTV system, following an automatic software update on my MacPro. The Brighton Macman always solve my IT issues quickly, efficiently and always very affordable. They are quite simply all geniuses and I would never go to anybody else, and words could never sufficiently describe the high level of friendly service and I fully reccomend the brilliance of the 'MacMan' and thank you once again for your ongoing affordable service. There is no other Apple Mac support that comes anywhere near to your wonderful service : Tom Glynn”
