“After hours of hair-tearing problems with my incoming e-mail, I phoned Mac Man at 9.00 this morning. They promised to phone back at 9.30 -- which they did to the minute! Within an hour, Dave had not only solved the problem, but had also uncluttered my Mac of some very suspicious software. He was calm, clear, and courteous, as well as knowledgeable; and I cannot recommend highly enough the professionalism of Mac Man's entire attitude and approach. I wish the firm every success in the future. It amply deserves it. My thanks and congratulations.”

“Good service but rally good in store advice on all things Apple. Really helpful on trying new sites for work. A delight to part with money for a good service. Any chance of an underground carpark? This is the only thing that is an issue.”

“I was highly recommended MacMan by a client so didn't hesitate to get in touch when I needed a new mac to replace my 10 year old machine. They found me a great refurbed MacBook and helped me migrate all the data over without a fee, plus were on call to help with adhoc issues for the few days after I got my machine home. I thought their customer service and knowledge was excellent and I would definitely use/recommend them to others. Thank you MacMan.”

“Matt himself came and installed a new Apple laptop for my wife and also gave some remote support for my desktop. We are totally satisfied with his work; he was courteous, patient with our limited understanding of computers (we are both over 80!), and he took time to explain detail. It was in every way a pleasant experience, and will help us in our future use of our computers.”
