“Many thanks to the Mac man, specifically Dan. He saved all my work dating back 2 years and got it all done in few days so I could meet a deadline. He kept me posted at every step, was incredibly knowledgable and really tried to keep costs down for me. Not one to usually write reviews, but Dan was a lifesaver. Hopefully I won't be back, but this is the first place i'd go! Many thanks, Charlie”

“Options to overcome the issues I was experiencing with my Mac were discussed. The team responded quickly. There were no hidden costs or charges. I was kept informed via telephone and email during the repairs process. Staff were clearly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I'd definitely use this company again.”

“I contacted MacMan based on other user reviews and was impressed with the service I received. I booked a home visit to review the status of my Mac. Sam turned up on time and was quick to get to work, clearly explaining everything to me as he went along (no mean feat as I'm a bit of a techno muppet). As I expected, my very old Mac was fast heading towards its sell by date and subsequently I have taken delivery of a new Mac I ordered through MacMan. The decision to order through them was an easy one especially as they provide a free data transfer. I have been impressed with all my interactions with MacMan whether by phone or face to face; customer service is clearly top of their list when it comes to service delivery. I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Wanted to change my MacBook Pro and sell to upgrade Macman provided an excellent service so much so that I ensured that my new purchase has been through them and they will be the first port of call for anything mac related in the future good to find a business for the people out there.”
