“When you enter a tech place due to a fault on your wonderful machine you are concerned that it is fatal or at the worst very expensive to fix. My fears were allayed quickly that it could be one of few things wrong and that the diagnosis cost would be removed from the fix cost so that really all I was paying for was the time to repair and any materials. I left with my fears abated and awaited the next contact in case it was the dreaded major cost or fatality. I got neither but a call to say that it was a back up of data and a reinstall of the software then all data returned. I was delighted with the ease at which my problems were taken away and then sorted. My only real issue for the lads in the TW shop is that on hot days its like an oven in the place and really good air conditioning would get more people coming into the store. It was a hot day on my first visit and they have to keep the door open due to the situation that the store is next to a traffic lights in the centre of town and the busses and cars are right outside with their engines running causing fumes and noise for the shop to contend with. Great lads, great service, happy customer,”

“I had a broken iPhone 5S and took it into these guys to be looked at and possibly repaired. Took the phone in on an afternoon and had a call the following morning to say that it's all repaired and working, comes with a guarantee so any issues just take it back. Very happy with the service”

“This is really too early to ask questions like this. Whilst I understand the need to do something that everybody else does, the impression I get is that your big plus is the knowledge of your staff and 'making happy' usually applies to solving problems. That you certainly did with my very first problem and I was sufficiently pleased to find a Mac specialist selling second hand equipment that I came back again and bought an IMac which I am beginning to appreciate. I also feel confident that If I have a problem I will get knowledgeable assistance.”
