“My MAC died without any warning and I hadn't backed up my photos (about 600). IDIOT. I found Macman on the web and live near Brighton so went down there. They were really great and didn't treat me like an idiot. They arranged for my hard drive to be sent off to retrieve my data especially my photos. It did cost me about £700 but photos are precious so it was worth it. Thank you guys.”

“Its quite simple if you have a Mac situation forget the Apple store these are the people. I have used them quite a few times. Ive just upgraded my MacBook Pro 15 inch to a 1TB memory AND they transferred the data something the Apple shop refused to do. And to think I was originally being told I need a new machine (£2000 with software) Restore your faith go to MacMan Mel - KempTown Brighton”

“I have been a Mac man since day 1, but my brain hasn't kept up with the Mac's high performance. I have used the MacMan team to over come my brain short fall and will continue to do so They talk me though the stages I need help, or advise me to try a new approach to the problem. Thanks Team”

“These guys were friendly and helpful from the outset, giving free advice which of course makes you feel inclined to go back when you need to have something done. Indeed I did need to go back to get a disk sorted out and I would go back again without hesitation. Thanks, worth a lot to know such folks.”

“Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient, someone was able to come out the same day I called {much to my relief!}. Worth every penny for having a computer that works properly in the middle of a project with an imminent deadline! I'd definitely recommend The Mac Man and would use them again.”

“This morning I had a serious problem (my outlook accounts had disappeared and all my emails with them), but a call to MacMan diagnosed the problem and there was a simple fix that I was able to do myself. Many thanks! I had looked at various online forums and the fixes all seemed so complicated, so it was great to speak to a real person about it and get exactly the right advice. I have used you for check-ups in the past and will certainly continue to do so - great service.”
