“I needed to upgrade to a new iPad. MacMan got the new one for me really quickly and helped with the setup, transferring everything from the old one so it looked exactly the same as before-but better. They were also really helpful when I had to pop back as the email wasn't working quite right. A few minutes and that problem was solved too. Very satisfied customer!”

“Battery replacement fitted new because ran out quick still does £80 pounds wasted .Ive run it for 6weeks to see if it would get better,it's getting slower not happy.”

10hrs usage on an iPad is what Apple state for their brand new machines as explained to you by our excellent technician Seb, which he explains here what happened with this customer: I decided to test the iPad and it lasted 6h30m on a video (which is perfectly normal at 15% per hour). Charge cycle was 12 and was running at 97% efficiency. I called and explained everything again, he just repeated that the iPad only lasts a few hours and didn’t understand why it doesn’t last the 10 hours Apple said it should… Anyway, he then apologised for taking up our time and is coming to collect the iPad and was enquiring on a new one.

“They are really efficient , my phone was taken in for screen replacement at 12am and it was ready at 5pm same day. Can't fault them”

“I have been to the MacMan a number of times, mostly in a panic! The customer service is outstanding, they are friendly, helpful, and have also been very honest, and I trust them to give me the best advice on all my Apple products. I am glad they are in my town!”

“I needed to go into my local Macmnrecently. The firsta few minutes, my i.pad was performing again. No charge was made two occasions were a suspected battery fault. After getting a new battery, it was not the battery at fault but found to be something else. Conseuently my original payment was refunded. However, within a week the i.pad was playing up and after trying to locate the problem, I was unable to do so without putting in the password. After almost thee years, I could not remember or locate the pass-word. I then had a 'phone call from the B.T.Call centre in India and after a few questions, they provided me with a new pass-word. I then went bact to Macman and within a short time it was OK. No charge was made.”

“Excellent friendly service that stretched beyond what I had expected. They sorted out a data migration to a new machine and managed to save all our photos and music that I though were lost. We're very happy and grateful for all the work macman did and will definitely go back!”

“I do not normally bother writing reviews, but on this occasion I feel I need to, to highly recommend them. I dropped my phone and was told by another company there was no way it could be fixed, but MacMan not only managed to fix it but done very quickly and kept me informed throughout.”
