“Repaired 2 iPad minis with cracked screens belonging to my granddaughters. Despite a problem with a parts supplier they persevered with the repair at the original quoted price. Good job. Thank you.”

“My Mac was seriously out of date and I was worried about how to buy a new Mac and move all of my data over without problems arising. I am seriously rubbish at that kind of thing - and knew that I didn't want to risk it myself. MacMan purchased my new Mac for me after a long discussion about what I might need, then they ported everything over so that when I turned the new machine on it was all there ready to go. I simply starting working straight away. All for the same price that I would have paid in store for a new machine - without the help! They made the whole process incredibly simple for me. THANK YOU Mac Man.”

“I found MacMan very helpful and the service was fantastic. PJ and Sam both were very professional and instilled confidence. However there was another member of staff, not sure of name, possibly James? His customer service skills need addressing, he was very blunt and almost rude when I asked about whether my data could be saved as my hard drive was faulty. I asked over the phone if it was possible to save my photos and was told " it's not negotiable what gets saved" That did not fill me with confidence, I understand it's not possible to say what does and does not get saved but a little more empathy would be nice. However I would still use macman again, albeit making sure I speak with Sam or PJ.”

“I've used MacMan twice, once they recovered all of my data from a busted hard drive which was amazing and most recently they fixed the smashed screen on my iPad. They're not the cheapest but you get a high quality of work from a trustworthy retailer. I prefer to pay and feel secure. The chaps I dealt with were all helpful, friendly and polite. I heartily recommend.”

“We had an urgent need for a cracked screen on my son's MacBook before he started a job abroad. Yes we paid for the VIP service but by the end of the day we knew that it could be repaired on time! Thank you”

“Booked my iMac in for a new 1TB flash drive ,with the Brighton branch , The drive was fitted and returned to me in super quick time which was especially good as they didn't have the drive in stock. All my software was reinstalled and has worked perfectly. What can I say, if you need your Mac repaired these are the people to carry it out , totally professional . Mr. Stoner”

Hello Phil. Looking at the notes all I can do is apologise we couldn’t locate the files off your Time Machine back-up as described to us. Can I ask what drive the files were on though in the end please as it appears from the notes one of the external drives was provided without a power lead so I presume it may have been this one. I also see our technician James already halved the fee and only charged you £30 for the assessment but please email me at jon@themac-man.co.uk if this is what you are unhappy with.
