“I was recommended to the Mac Man by a friend and despite an approx 200 mile round trip I was delighted with the service. The young men were professional and clear with their suggestions . Costs were explained clearly . Timescales were adhered to and communication was spot on . The outcome was excellent and I am very happy with the result . The Mac Man would always be my choice for any issues I might have in the future and would certainly recommend them with confidence !!”

“Fixed my phone on two occasions and both I have been very pleased. Honoured their warranty policy after my phones screen lifted from casing, only to be found it was caused by a bad battery not their fault at all!! Definitely will be returning if I have problems in the future!”

“Thank you for repairing my iPad Air so quickly. Your friendly team assessed the problems with it over the telephone. Upon delivery to you in Brighton it was repaired and cleaned. I didn't realise how much I used it until it was gone! The friendly people at MacMan are to be congratulated for their efficiency. Yes, I would recommended them to anyone needing advice.”

“After being told by Apple they couldn't repair my laptop because it was 'vintage' 6 years old! Mac man repaired it for me and it's working like new. Quickly fixed and reasonably priced so excellent service all round”

“Delighted to review you. I've used my local Tunbridge Wells shop 3 times in the last 2 weeks (iPad, phone and lap top). Each time the service has been faultless and charges fair. Every member of staff has been courteous, charming and professional. Can't recommend enough.”

“Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and helpful. Problem with my iPad was solved and I was very happy with the bill. They really could have overcharged me and I would have been none the wiser but it was the lowest amount they charge and it is now working perfectly. Thank you very much MacMan, I will be recommending you.”

“The service I received surpassed expectations at every stage. I went in with a storage problem, expecting to pay for advice and potentially a new laptop. The staff advised me for free and arranged to quadruple my storage for a fifth of the price of a new laptop. It was ready in half the time they proposed.”
