“We felt slightly patronised by salesman as we are in older age bracket and not terribly familiar with the jargon surrounding products. A speedy sale was made and we subsequently found our two ipads were not matching inasmuch as one was a model from a previous year. We are left wondering if we have been sold 'old' models to pass them on.”

“Great service on my iMac. Able to diagnose the problem quickly and give me a very fair price on the necessary work. This price was kept to despite unforeseen problems that meant more time had to be spent than anticipated. Polite and friendly service that went 'beyond the call' when I left my old hard drive behind and one of the guys wrapped it and delivered it by hand to my home that evening after work- even gave me a courtesy call to ensure that I had picked it up fro the agreed drop-off. Impressed!”

“I asked the Brighton shop to install a new SSD drive in my iMac. Turnaround time was as estimated, and the work was great. The iMac now flies. It was explained to me in advance that I'd lose the DVD drive in the process, and that I could opt for that to be put in an external caddy. All of that was fine too. Great work, all in all!”

“Technically very good and helpful. I shall recommend you to other Mac users. Unfortunately you sent a suspicious email wrongly advising that the bill was unpaid. This was somewhat alarming, as the phone number for reply was not the same as the branch (T Wells) visited. The request for money could have been some kind of foolish attempt at a scam. Not good. It was above board, the bill had been paid and it was your fault that the request was wrongly sent. Such events could do your reputation potential harm.”

“Excellent service at more than reasonable prices. They repaired my computer within an amazing period of 7 days time when i was unable to use it and it works perfectly fine. Confidentiality and friendly people, no doubt i will go back to them if i need to in the future. Thank you very much.”

“MacMan is very quick and answering queries via email, very helpful. When visiting the store in person, they are helpful, approachable and friendly. They offer a good variety of offers, such as refurbished laptops and personal IT lessons. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because one of the products I wanted to buy was not in stock at that time. I would recommend MacMan and would use them again.”

“The staff seemed unsure when my I Pad would be available for collection after the repair had been completed, I phoned them to ask when my I Pad was available for collection, they told me after 2PM then five minutes later they phoned me to say it was available for collection 10 AM”
