“Macman replaced the battery in my MacBook pro, which Apple had said could not be replaced (and that I needed to buy a new machine)! The staff were helpful and polite and contacted me to update me when my computer was ready for collection. The cost of repair was reasonable.”

“Fairly quick in completing the work. Reasonable price. However as you may expect when paying a lot less than you would at apple, I had slight discolouration in the comers of my screen. But this is only seen when the phone turns on”

“Macman regard service and attention to detail of prime importance, and furthermore never treat this customer with the disdain he deserves after wiping all his files from his laptop. It's really great to know that their back-up can always be relied upon. Even if their boutique is up a steep hill and I've no car. Once even, they collected my heavyweight Mac by car, saving me the trouble of a taxi. Highly recommended.”

“MacMan was able to replace my iPhone battery within 24hrs at a very reasonable price, in-house. Much more preferable than the other option the phone store suggested which involved sending the phone away and charging me over £100 for the job!”

“I popped into your Brighton store to purchase a portable usb disc drive. I was offered 2 options an apple product and another product. There was no hard sell and I was informed that both performed basically the same job but of course the apple product was better styled etc.”
