“Contacted LWC for a pallet of hardwood eco logs. The telephone operator was pleasant and efficient in taking the order. An E mail invoice was sent straightaway to myself. The pallet delivery company only notified me 30 minutes before it’s actual delivery which was not ideal as I would have preferred a date and time. Other than the surprise delivery time the pallet company driver was very helpful in offloading the pallet and placing it in a safe and accessible location. All in all more than happy with the product and the services .”

“Slow communication even within the Company itself. Timber is good for the price but I would recommend asking for it to be covered for delivery. If raining it will warp as it dries out. A little more effort would add extra stars!”

“Easy ordering of bagged woodpellets; always a very courteous service; competitive prices. The only downside is the uncertainty of delivery by the pallet haulier - and little regard to the size of truck used along our narrow country lanes, despite requesting 7.5T max for every order.”

“The Luxury Wood Company provided a first class service from initial enquiry through to delivery. The quality of the wood is of the highest standard, and the pallet was crammed full so that you get the biggest quantity possible. The delivery driver left the crate right beside my woodshed so that I did not have far to move when stacking it. I can’t recommend them too highly.”

“Brilliant service will be using for all sleepers in the future. Delivery driver was brilliant, I wasn’t at home when he delivered and he moved some other boards to keep the sleepers of the ground. We then drove past each other and he called me again to make sure I was happy with where he’d unloaded he’s a credit to the company.”
