“Ordered 30 net bags. Order arrived in about a week from placing it. Quality of wood very good, burns beautifully, cut to nice sizes too. Delivery driver called on day of delivery to confirm slot. Very nice chap and helpful. Will use again.”

“Delivery took far too long with for too many complications. Been a customer for many years at my farm tried to get a delivery at holiday cottage will revert to the Log Company. Disappointing”

“From purchase to delivery takes quite a long time. I have ordered wood from you on several occasions and product supplied was pretty good. However the last full pallet was very poor quality. A quarter of the wood was terrible quality and just completely rotted and crumbled when touched. While you have offered £30 off my next order it does not cover the amount of wood that is unsuitable for burning.”

“The wood was delivered promptly but I have to question the quality of some of the logs. They seem to be more of the B quality rather than the best,it still burns well but the cutting and splitting of the logs is not the best”

“This is the third year in a row that we have bought our logs from Luxury Wood and I have no doubt that next year will be the fourth . Once again , a generous choice of types of wood and combination pallets . We opted for oak logs as we did two years ago and they are just as lovely as ever . The price was very good and delivery was swift and efficient . Full marks to the courier himself who made the drop , he must have muscles like Popeye . Unconditionally recommended 100% - back next year ! Thank you very much - two pensioners and a spoiled hound .”

“Excellent kiln dried ash wood logs, however, I was disappointed that there were too many thinly sliced pieces of wood, which could not be defined as logs. My last pallet of logs was also excellent, but did not contain any thin slices.”

“This is the first time I have purchased logs from yourselves and, I have to say from placing the order down to the delivery everything was excellent. The oak kiln dried logs are fantastic. Most definitely will be using them again when I need to replenish the stock. Please keep it up.”

“Dear Company, I am very impressed with the company I am very impressed with the quality of the wood and the date of delivery except, the young driver dropped the whole load of wood narrowly missing people and cars, if you are on whats app I will send you a picture, I don't know how to send it on the internet, Thank you, Marion Baker”
