“Excellent service and good value. Delivery was arranged at a convenient time and delivered to a place of choice. I bought the large crate of oak and was really pleased with the quality and size of the logs. Would definitely recommend”

“Overall fairly good. Updates with respect to the delivery (to the far northwest highlands) could have been better - there had been no call and pallet was left on our driveway when we were out. There was more variation with the size of the logs than I remember with my last delivery from Luxury Wood. Will use again”

“Deliveries were prompt. For the first delivery we received regular updates from the carrier when the bark chips would be delivered. This did not happen on the second delvery -fortunately there was someone home to receive it. We were very impressed that you informed us of a £50 discount after we we ordered our second pallet. The discount was indicated on your website when we ordered the first pallet however was not shown when we ordered our second. The notification of a discount subsequent to our second order was most appreciated. We are most happy with the bark chips - they are exactly as shown in the photograph on the website.”

“This is the 3rd order i have placed with Luxury Wood Company. The logs are always good quality and very dry, perfect size for my open fire, and light easily with a bit of kindling and a couple of fire lighters.”

“Good wood. Good driver. Unfortunately did not manage to get wood to back garden. First time pallet lifter not working and second time it would not fit under pallet sideways. Probably not buy again because of this.”

“The wood and biomass pellets were delivered exactly as promised, and the delivery driver could not have been more helpful, bringing each pallet to where we wanted them in the garden. The wood smells divine,and offers great promise for cosy autumn and winter evenings! Thank you, great service!”

“The wood I burn is ash this suites my fire and what I get from the luxury is good quality, also the delivery is spot on from my point of view this makes it worth dealing with the company, and finally a the price when on offer is very good”

“Very pleased with the ash logs not so with a dilivery charge because I stay in Edinburgh. Have come across another online company offering the same product useing the same haulage company who offer free delivery. I'm considering giving them a try.”
