“The wood quality is excellent and we have ordered maybe 7 or 8 times. However the delivery service is a problem for us as they often drop the pallet on the entrance to our drive right next to the road when it could have been put closer to the house( it’s a big driveway) . It is very vulnerable to being stolen and therefore we have sometimes been wheel barrowing wood to a safe place at midnight.”

“A day late on delivery, but delivery company were polite and rescheduled for next working day. Great logs as always (30 x ash nets). Should last us for a good few weeks!”

Dear Shona, Although we always try to deliver as quickly as possible sometimes we encounter unexpected issues. The standard delivery times at this moment for the firewood are approx 7 working days.

“I ordered some oak planks/sleepers to use as shelving. Unfortunately they’re so heavy my wife is panicking that the house will be pulled down, so now I’m making some garden furniture out of them. Nice bits of wood, no complaints I should have ordered some thinner planks or lighter wood. Good service from Luxury Wood Co, called to confirm my order, called back when delivery arranged and truck delivered on time. Would recommend and use again. On a separate note please let me know if you need 8 oak planks 2400mm x80mmx50mm !”
