“Great service from ordering to delivery. Warehouse contacted me with a delivery date and the driver placed the crate of logs exactly where I wanted them. Logs burn great with plenty of heat and slow burn (hornbeam). 5 star service from ordering to delivery. Thank you.”

“Great products. I am currently buying my wood from a local farmer as I have found the delivery service variable. On several occasions the delivery company just want to dump the pallet and go with no customer service at all.”

“As allways great quality wood, no "rubbish" thrown in to bulk it up, just good quality wood. I would also add that Luxury wood have contracted a really good palet delivery company. They have been very reactive to my requests and the drivers are superb in making sure the delivery is where it is needed and not just dumped at the roadside as I know some other deliver companies do.”

“Once again another delivery of kiln dried logs from the Luxury Wood Co! Logs that are just the right size that don’t need reducing in size, Logs that burn well and fill the room with lots of heat! From picking up the phone to order, to a reliable delivery and a warm house, you can’t beat the Luxury Wood Company!”

“Delivery awful communication,I was told pm them rang me to change to 11 am giving me very little notice. We were at work in the morning They said they would deliver still and they agreed to put the boards behind back gate ,I even gave them the gate code . The driver took no notice of those instructions and just dumped them at the top of the drive. The Delivery service very poor and very expensive”

“The wood was quickly delivered and the delivery company had an electric trolley which meant we were able to manoeuvre the logs to the right position. This delivery of logs had a good range of sizes unlike the last on which was mostly small sized logs”

“Good delivery ( free) quality product (Ash) correct moisture, well packaged. some negatives on specified pallet dim (all sizes) H 1.57 x W 1.18 x D 0.75 (actual) this is misleading in terms of volume supplied.”

“I am a long-standing customer of Luxury Wood and have always been very satisfied with the goods and service I have received. The ash logs burn beautifully and are a perfect size for my log burner. Delivery is always on time and the log crate is delivered via hand forklift directly intlo my garage for storage. No restacking of logs required, just use direct from the crate and the crate makes perfect kindling for the next batch.”
