“All good except I asked if they would let me know when it was to be delivered so I could make arrangements, the only indication I got was on the morning of the delivery which was pretty inconvenient. As i was not advised of when the delivery was due I cannot say whether it was on time or not.”

“The wood itself is great and the online ordering process is easy. My only small gripe is that when they deliver, the pallet has to be put right at the end of my drive as the pallet loader has tiny wheels and cannot go on gravel, which makes unloading all the wood a really slow process. I would imagine a lot of people ordering this wood live in the sticks and have gravel drives - maybe this is something that could be improved somehow?”

“Tracking order process was non existent untill delivery was attempted by the local delivery company. No phone call to arrange a time. As I was at work I couldn't receive it. The next day they tried to deliver, still with no call to arrange a suitable day or time. Third time lucky, but a real struggle with communication from the local delivery company. The wood is in thinner sections than I imagined, but it's dry and all the right length.”
