“Ordering from the Luxury Wood Company was a very good experience, which is more than can be said for the company that they used to deliver my crate. I was not at all impressed with APC who did not answer the phone, listen to messages or pay any attention to Emails, I finally received my crate of logs after getting cross with them & saying that I was going to complain about them to the wood company, funnily the said crate arrived the next day. Will think twice about ordering again, due to the fiasco of getting it delivered.”

“The wood is always good, dry, well stacked and pallets wrapped effectively Appears expensive but when only buying 100 % wood and not 75% wood, plus 25% water its good value People are caring and do exactly what they say and when Good communications”

“Good things - quality of the wood & actual delivery & delivery driver was excellent Poor things - 3week lead time not clear from start & logistics - changed date of delivery in afternoon of when originally being delivered - which was very frustrating”

“I have ordered 15 large pallets of either ash or oak logs since 2018 so they must be doing something right! Generally the wood is of good quality, although they do let themselves down from time to time with some logs being extremely lightweight and lacking substance. Prices are reasonable, the wood is extremely dry and normally cut to a good size. The pallet is often filled to the top but not always - my most recent delivery was about 6" below the top of the pallet. The delivery drivers have been unfailingly helpful and polite.”

“Large crate ordered and delivered by very helpful delivery guy. Good quality firewood, only negative was no updates about order progress or delivery. Someone was hone for delivery luckily but would have preferred a call or email to confirm. Plus was the quality of the pallett, some for kindling and enough good lengths to build a decent sized wooden planter for the garden.”

“We've had wood burners, for 10 years, the ash large create from the Luxury Wood Company, has been the best yet. Most suppliers pack out with kindling not the case here, majority of of the logs where a good size.”

“Beware ordering from this company. Ordered the Giant Ash crate. The stated dimensions of the received crate of Ash don't match what they've got on their website. Firstly, they include the void space underneath the crate in their dimensions, not from where they are stacked from, which other vendors don't do. Additionally, the crate wasn't even full. it was stacked barely high enough to reach the bottom of the top wooden support, there was enough space for a good 2 or so layers on top. Nowhere near as full as they advertise on their site. In fact they were able to sit the two boxes of firelighters I ordered on top of the logs and there were still a fair bit of space above it before it would have been full. Delivery fairly leisurely at nearly 2 weeks. I don't think i'll be ordering from here again.”

“Wood is great, good size. Only problem that after ordering I received no information about delivery. So unfortunately we were not home when it was delivered and therefore left in front of the garage and made it difficult for placing in correct place. Palatte was broken. Cannot answer who delivered but assume it was courier.”
