“It's a little early to review the quality of the product because it's still summer and I won't be burning anything for a while, however; I did make a second order after a few days and Luxury Wood were kind enough to arrange a change in delivery so that it all came together. As ever, our local delivery company (West London area) were excellent, also, the packing was very good. Highly recommended.”

“Oak good value, the other stuff poor. i purchase two pallets of logs, one oak and one ash. There was no comparison in the quality. Although only £20 ofa difference the Oak was far better value. The oak crate was crammed with good quality and size logs. Unfortunately the Ash had a middle section that is best described as mixed quality, mix as in poor to terrible. I will depending on the price will only buy oak from now only.”

“The oak logs I ordered were in general small in size and all logs were covered in bark I could have bought logs (not oak)for a 1/3 of your price.we will see if they burn well ? Regards Paul Wilkinson”

“I have yet to burn any of these logs, so cannot comment on their burning efficiency. My order was placed on Sunday, 12 August, delivery came on 23 August. A minor number of logs were rotten and as light as paper, some showed signs of woodworm and I assume thus occurred before the kiln drying. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase as the vast majority of logs look good and the price was the best I found for this quantity of kiln dried logs.”

“My only complaint is sending out a delivery driver with only a manual fork lift. There is a slight incline on my driveway so it took both of us to get it up. The previous delivery was equipped with an electric truck.”

“Oak came eventually 11 days delivery in a wonky crate which just about came off the truck. The oak is great The final plus was that after some work the crate was dismantled and after chain sawing the mass of wood made kindling for the year A real bonus amid lots of nails. Well done after delayed delivery”

“The delivery service and driver were excellent. The birch was well covered over to keep it dry, well done. It was stacked very safely on the pallets and tied down hard with plastic wrapping. However, there were a number of issues regarding the size of the logs. I sent an email to the customer care team and received an immediate response. The problem was very quickly settled to my satisfaction. Thank you”
