“Firstly my good review, the quality of the wood pellets is good with very little dust. The delivery was also good. What was not so good was the fact that two bags had clearly been damaged at the warehouse. This was evident as both the damaged bags had been taped up using branded Luxury wood tape. What I was most upset about was both bags had lost between 30% and 50% of the contents and the two offending bags had apparently then been placed at the bottom of the pallet in the hope I wouldn't notice. Furthermore, when I sent photographic evidence of the issue, I had to chase for a reply to my complaint and was then offered a credit note which I declined and requested a refund for both bags. This is apparently forthcoming but still not received.”

“Great product, Burns lovely. Some variations of weight to the bags....May have balanced out across the whole delivery but without weighing the who delivery its impossible to comment further. All in all happy with the product.”

“Good service. Quick delivery & quality logs. Just one reservation though - no advance notice of intended delivery day so a surprise when driver phone to say he’s 1 hour away. Other than that GREAT 👍”

“The Luxury Wood Company offers some of the best kiln-dried wood on the market. Their products are consistently of the highest quality, and their delivery providers have been very helpful over the years. I would give them five stars but for me, the prices have increased so dramatically recently, I understand the fuel crisis had an impact on shipping and demand. I hope that they will be able to lower their prices in the future as this situation eases. To help with the cost of living I believe that The Luxury Wood Company should consider offering a discount to their loyal customers who have spent a lot of money over the years. A loyalty program or a special discount for repeat customers would be a great way to show appreciation for their business and encourage them to continue their patronage. Overall, I highly recommend The Luxury Wood Company to anyone looking for top-quality kiln-dried wood.”

“I can highly recommend this company and the excellent quality of their products. We purchased Kiln dried Birch which is easy to light and very clean burning. The only fly in our ointment was the carrier who let all concerned down, but that's normal in the real "oop north". Otherwise five star.”
