“Early days but the quality of the logs supplied seems very good and for our stoves seems a better fit then the seasoned logs we have use for many years. Delivery was an issue as we have a gravel drive and the delivery lorry dropped off at our entrance and so a long haul to the wood store, a few hours exercise.”

“Their service was what you would expect, not outstanding but then again not bad in any way. They definately need to get a new courier, that was what is likely to prevent us form using the Luxury Wood Company again.”

“Thank you for our enormous crate of mixed hardwood. Mostly ash and birch this time and no oak which was a a bit of a shame, but it smells gorgeous and we are now all set for Winter!!”

“Took delivery of a second crate of kiln dried oak and these do burn exceptionally well, lovely heat output and most importantly not 'Smokey' when opening the stove door to replenish. Have bought bulk logs in the past which were supposedly seasoned but turned out to be total rubbish, low heat output, Smokey and stove glass blackening. Delivery driver dropped the crate to the side of the property with the aide of a pallet truck which made unloading and storing very easy, very helpful driver. Would reccommend the luxury wood company, great product and excellent service - will not be purchasing from anywhere else in the future. Many thanks 👍”

“The quality of wood was disappointing ordered hard wood but there was a significant amount of soft wood in the centre of the crate. The delivery was shambolic as was the response of the person we spoke to at The Luxury Wood Company. So I will not order from you again. I rated the product and service a single star as this review did not permit no star.”
