“.Would have appreciated an email from them confirming delivery date, had to ring them after two days. I was told delivery would be In three days at the earliest. Next day logs were delivered by a third party company, driver knew nothing about the delivery arranged for Friday, but was extremely helpful.”

“Some deliveries have small logs. Delivery driver is excellent. Not an easy delivery but he shows care and consideration and goes the extra mile to get the load exactly where I need it. As a long term customer a loyalty discount would be nice.”

“My 7th load of 70 bags of ASH was very disappointing. Far too much small section wood. The majority of the sections are under 70mm dia. some even smaller. R. Bliss”

“Excellent service. Beautiful dry ash. Only problem being that we seem to have a different courier every time and they all arrive in a Lorry too big for our lane and have to return the following day! Can't fault the wood though.”
