“The team at the luxury wood company strive to exceed customer expectations and as far as I am concerned they succeed! We are located in one of the country’s furthest outposts with delivery to our shippers not always being the easiest of tasks but we are yet to be let down. “Delivery arrived at the agreed time and wood was well packaged in a sturdy wooden crate. It would have been nice to see a re cycling facility for the wood pallet, perhaps a discount if it’s returned next time we order. Wood wasn’t as clean and regular looking as it had appeared in the sales pics, so when stacked by the fire, didn’t look as good as I’d expected.”

“Although dry, almost all the bark came away from all of the logs which has not happened before, leaving us with a great deal of separate bark which we do not appreciate. The LWC say this is a good thing although it has not occurred with previous orders from LWC or any other company and that we should use the bark as kindling - we use the crate for that! I do not appreciate this and will therefore be returning to logs direct.”

“We've shopped a few times with the Luxury Wood Company over the years and always had a good experience. This time we could even request a specific delivery date - very convenient. We tend to go for the nets as they are easily moved and at app. 9 kg not too heavy to carry. The wood is of good quality, of differing sizes (useful) and burns well, being kiln-dried. We even made it a wedding present for a couple who had a wood burner :).”

“Customer service on the phone was really helpful as I had a special request. The wood was delivered when promised, well wrapped and the driver took it to where I asked, the pallet fitted just through a gate which meant I had no carrying to do. Perfect. Checked the wood for moisture and the readings were all less than 10%.”

“I have purchased from The Luxury Wood Company many times. The pallets arrive well wrapped and protected from rain etc. The shrink wrapping is a work of art so the pellets are supported all round. I have had the odd bag damaged but that is a courier problem not LWC. I have tried other suppliers as a trial for alternative supplies when they have been a tad cheaper but always end up coming back.”
