“Very easy and quick online purchase with payment by credit card. Excellent product with great burning kiln dried wood perfect for wood burner. My only issue is the delivery company who sent their most unhelpful driver to our address who was going to drop the pallet on the public pavement claiming that's all he had to do. Poor delivery service and attitude!”

“I have used TLWC now for the past 5 if not 6 years. The product is first rate,the ordering process simple and on the rare occasion I have had to speak with the team they have been brilliant and truly customer focussed.This year as last my delivery driver was fantastic too and really helpful especially in positioning my logs Thankyou All.”

“Quality of wood supplied is generally good and well protected. Cheerful and helpful delivery driver this time, which hasn't always been the case. 4 stars only because of significant space at the top of the crate left empty albeit that settlement in transit may account for some of this. Having to wait in all day was annoying. Delivery contractor said driver would ring half an hour before arrival but they didn't. On the whole good but could improve on the above factors”

“This was my latest delivery of logs, a full crate of Ash, ordered in the Summer Sale. As always the logs look to be of a very high quality, at a fair price, and delivery by John Bywater Transport was excellent. Will be ordering again!”

“The wood is good quality and dry. The price is high and we would only purchase during the cheap deal offer periods, otherwise £240 upwards is too much for a pallet of ash. The big letdown is the lack of any time window by the delivery company. We have to wait in from 0900 to 1700 and will think twice about that aspect for future orders. A two-hour window would be fine, but not eight hours.”
