“I’m a new customer to TLW company and had heard good things about the quality of their charcoal. My order arrived a day early and I’m very pleased with the size of the chunks and it looks good quality. My only small gripe is that both bags ordered were split and made a god awful mess unpacking it. I will use again provided the price remains competitive and the quality is consistent”

Price is the best I can find (I compare 10 different suppliers), website is easy to navigate and delivery happens within the timescale that is stated on the website.... what more can you ask for. “Good quality fuel delivered in a tightly packed crate. Burns hot and bright. I’ve bought cheaper elsewhere and have had a number of wet logs. All that were bought from Luxury Wood were perfectly dry and immediately useable”
