“I'm only awarding three stars because there were no communications regarding delivery. I had to chase them up. Otherwise the product is good and delivered well-packaged.”

“3rd year on a row we have ordered And been pleased with the Logs and service. We have tried Ash, Oak and now Birch logs all great with individual qualities. It would also be great if you could take the pallet away a day later, it seems a shame to waste them when they could be re-used. Thank you and i will be ordering again 👍🏻”

“Aside from a disgruntled & thoroughly miserable delivery driver who was happy to wheel the pallet into the garage but not an additional 3ft into the corner of the garage (he did eventually) the logs arrived as expected and has saved a lot of time and effort restacking vs my typical lorry dump on the driveway. The logs look good and the pallet looks like it will be good for next year's kindling too. Nice bonus was the film wrapping on the logs as it was raining that day. 4* as I'd have liked the option of 8" as opposed to 10" logs due to a small wood burner.”

“Customer service good, there was an issue about tracking: email to Luxury Wood received prompt supply and I was content. Delivered items - wood logs - look good, have not tried them yet weather not cold enough.”

“Excellent product and well packed into the pallet. However, the reason for 4* is due to the pallet/container itself. It is not steady and easily tips when being moved. If the pallet/container was flatter and perhaps squarer, it would be more steady and then could possibly have been able to get up the drive rather that having to barrow the logs to the back of the house, which was rather labour intensive.”

“My delivery of ash was delivered late (took 2 weeks) but was of excellent quality. I have used this company for a long time and they are generally very good. One blip two crates ago resulted in me being delivered a very poor quality pallet of ash wood much of which was rotten. I suspect it was mistakenly a grade B pallet. I didn't complain because I was desperate for wood. It didn't put me off as my experience to that point had been good. Subsequent pallets have been OK.”

“I've been getting a regular annual order from the Luxury Wood Company (LWC) for some years and generally have been satisfied. I buy from the LWC rather than a more local supplier because I have a typical size domestic log burner and don't have the means to chop up large logs. A couple of years ago I received some large logs and the LWC said they would speak with their supplier. Last year I was happy only to receive logs that were all of a usable size. I got this year's order two weeks ago and am disappointed as some of the logs are so large I can't even get them through the door of my log burner (see two pictures) and many others are double the typical size (two more pictures).”

“Repeat customer and very happy with them. Their offers are always worthwhile, and in this latest instance their driver was brilliant. I have been let down by previous suppliers, but will return to this one. I did have a problem with a previous order and they resolved it easily, prompting me to return, but will stick with them in future. Many thanks.”
