“This is the third time I've ordered from the company and have generally been quite satisfied. The order is well packed for transport so even when it rains the logs do not get wet. The logs are dry and burn very well. I am this time disappointed, because some of the logs were so large they did not fit in my domestic log burner - 8" across is just too big (see photo). There were about a dozen such oversized logs.”

“Bought a grade b kiln dryer Oak crate. Really poor quality. Ok I would expect dry mould on the outside and small and odd shaped logs. But this crate was awful the moisture content was over 20% and in my opinion shouldn’t be sold as wood that could be used. I will have to dry this for a year at least. Very disappointed.”

“The Ash is not burning as well on this occasion. Though the surface is less than 20% moisture you can literally see and hear the water when burning which makes for a difficult start. Fine once the fire is hot enough.”

“I regularly buy their large oak log palette and it's ideal. Logs beautifully cut and split to same size. The only problems tend to be the delivery company who seem unprepared for such a heavy palette and often require my help in manhandling it onto my front driveway.”

“I ordered a mixed pallet of logs,beech and birch. I received one pallet of the same logs in Orange bags,Some of the logs are also not quite the required log size. I had no idea when the the pallet was arriving as had no delivery date and no phone call to arrange delivery or a date. Last time I had a pallet I did get different coloured bags but they didn’t match the coloured bags on the internet. The website is also really hard to use as well when you get to the payment page.”

“Pleased with Kiln dried logs and burn very well, only small niggle is quite a few very small logs in the bag which burn off very quickly, otherwise all good.”
