“A good product, spoilt by poor delivery”

Dear Keith, I am sorry for the experience. I am afraid that the Logistics industry has been affected lately by a lot and they all struggle with driver and fuel shortages and increased volumes. This has led to severe drop in quality of the service and their customer support. I hope the industry will recover soon and will go back to their previous standards.

“The ordering and delivery processes were first class, and the quantity and quality of the logs were excellent. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review was the pallet. On the plus side, it provided a decent volume of kindling, but cutting it up and taking the nailed-together pieces to the local recycling centre was a pain. For me, 5 stars would be having the option of the pallet being collected after I've removed the logs to my store, and the pallet re-used for another happy customer.”

“I had some delay to the delivery of my order but my enquiries in this regard were handled extremely well by Vesi and the issue quickly resolved. The wood on arrival looks really very good and is obviously Ash as requested which with other suppliers I have used has not always been the case. Would recommend.”

“Unfortunately I can’t really comment on there product as never received the logs, due to extremely poor service from there chosen courier after a week and half of being told the order will be delivered tomorrow I was given a full refund. The biggest loser in this was the luxury wood company as they lost a customer”
