“Very good product. Not at all impressed by the delivery, it took 3 attempts to get a man who knew what he was doing & had the correct equipment to unload the large pallet, but the third one successful.”

“No delivery or contact for 8 days after payment I had to ask for information, delivery was good and pallet was better than competitors but quantity is not as much as my usual supplier. Log store 3/4 full when it usually tops out . Pity as I was looking for a better supplier but made my old supplier look good.”

“Competitive price for well prepared, chunky, mixed firewood. Great to receive the wood tightly packed, in a wrapped pallet, so it remains dry until we can move it into our store; such a change from local suppliers, who dump the wood onto the driveway, whatever the weather! LWC arranged delivery to suit our requirement, which was very helpful. Highly recommend LWC!”

“The pellets are fine, however the delivery took longer than stated, I didn't receive an email on the date they were delivered and the top bags were broken, this was recorded on the delivery note but, no one thought it was important enough to apologise or offer replacement.”

Dear Deborah, We are sorry for the issues you experienced. Lately the delays were longer than expected as we have informed you via email. We haven't received any communication regarding the damaged product. All complaints should be filed through support@luxurywood.co.uk in order to receive a quick response.

“The logs as usual are fine, but on this occasion the delivery was poor. We stayed home all day for to receive delivery, I phoned to see if there was a rough idea of time and was told 4-5pm. Nothing arrived that day - which was a Friday so I was unable to make any contact the following day. We were out for much of the day but I called in at home at 1pm to find the delivery van outside the house, I have no idea what would have happened if I hadn't returned because the rather grumpy delivery man asked if there was a man to help (sorry, just me, 73 year old lady and 9 year old granddaughter!), he didn't think his trolley was working (it was) and if he could get it over the dropped kerb (he did). I complained to the LWC, they apologised and said it had been noted. I certainly hope so.”

“The product and service was good. However the haulier Cartwright Brothers of Lincoln refused to drive down the drive to the house. This is the first time in over 30 years living with long drives that a lorry has refused. Larger and heavier loads have driven down. I accept that kerb side may be your terms, as is usual, but for the first time ever they would not come down the drive.”

“Great crate of lovely Ash, previously bought nordic birch from different supplier, but this is far superior- gives of lots of heat and burn time is ages, with the pleasant aroma from Ash- crate was place in the required space by the courier 5*”

“Nothing wrong with the pellets or your Company. The problem is your Courier in my experience I do not get the call to say when delivery will take place I have to phone you to arrange delivery”

“When I order logs that’s what I expected but not this time very disappointed in the middle off the pallet was just kindling so small you could light the fire with it it’s unlikely that I will order again from this company.”
