“I didn't hear anything for q few weeks after I paid, which. was a bit concerning, but all was well and when the store arrived it was straight forward to assemble and is well made and attractive to look at.”

“Excellent quality. Ordered a full pallet of kiln dried ash. First time I have bought this. Previously half and half pallets. The wood is great and very little moisture content. Delivery was also simple with carrier able to manoeuvre pallet into my garage. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Logs were well packaged and free gift included. Delivery was made as arranged following call from haulage firm several days earlier. Haulage firm used were very good and much better than others who have delivered similar items.”

“Delivered on day agreed. Well packed in crate that can be used for kindling. Logs packed tightly so whoever did it is very good at jigsaw puzzles. No gaps! Helpful delivery driver.”

“Excellent service, from the initial order, to the company calling to keep us informed of the progress of the order, to the courier delivering the wood. The driver went one step further by helping to rearrange the storage space in the garage. Additionally my chimney sweep tested the moisture of the wood ( part of his service) & remarked that it was showing 9% moisture, the best he had measured all day. So well done everyone, I'll be ordering from you again.”

“Overall I have been rather disappointed with the kiln dried oak order. I fear there is rather more moisture in the wood than advertised or the bag was indeed a mixture of both seasoned and kiln dried. Should kiln dried wood still have some residual moss on the outside of some of the logs?”

“The split logs are well packed and a good assortment of sizes with only 5-10% poor quality. As a first time customer, the company is let down by the delivery service they use. Kerbside delivery is understood and the angry driver who arrived had clearly had a bad day beforehand, seemingly due to the way his delivery had been set up, with which I did have sympathy. I have previously used "logs for sale" on several occasions and their drivers have always been more than helpful, so it is likely that my first trial of luxury logs will be my last. A rather disappointed new customer, with multiple wood burners, who could have been a regular!”

“Brilliant company , have been using them for a couple of years. Their delivery time was excellent, the driver contacted me before hand and put the pallet in the garage. Also had some extras such as kindling,firefighters and even a gas lighter. Try them you won’t be disappointed. I use their kiln dried wood which burns without too much mess.”
