“Have used Luxury Wood Company for many years, wood is of consistent quality, very clean with many suppliers of wood you find that once you get inside the load it is full of small odd shapes, The Luxury wood pallets are the same quality all the way through. Highly recommended”

“Good company but on all of our orders to you the pallets you use are sub standard which make it difficult to manoeuvre from the wagon to the storage site!!!”

“The product and service are excellent. However, delivery of the kiln-dried logs is only on pallets and pallet truck, making it impossible to manoeuvre from the roadside onto my gravel drive. The last load that I had delivered was tipped over as the driver tried to turn the pallet truck too sharply and the logs spilled onto the road and my garden.”

“Good size of ash logs. Stack was compact and logs weight and look suggests low moisture content. Delivery and stack made it easy to get into my shed store. Easy to order and pay. Happiness.”

“Compressed sawdust logs are far better, cleaner and generally easier than normal logs. Combined with great service and a helpful and friendly delivery driver (Pallex) would definitely recommend.”

“My 3rd order from the company, the logs are top grade kiln dried oak, they burn hot with minimal ash or tar residue, perfect for a small wood burning stove. The pallet is good value, delivery is swift and I will reorder from them when I next need to top-up my logstore.”

“The large pallets are too tall and very top heavy. We have had one delivery topple over as the driver attempted to move it from the tail lift onto the road. Our recent delivery could easily have gone the same way! This is not fair on the drivers, to have to deal with such an unstable load.”

“We buy the kiln dried Ash logs which burn very well and easy to light the fire with. The delivery was well organised and the driver very helpful in getting the wood to where we needed it. Being retired his help was most appreciated”

“2nd time using this company logs lovely and dry and well stacked in the crate There are also some smaller logs which are handy to start the fire- logs burn verywell delivery driver was very helpful and put the crate in to the garage”

“Very good service. High quality logs. Pity about the high delivery charge in my area, TR208AU. Can’t understand why it’s so much cheaper 2 miles away. For that reason only am considering using another supplier. Barbara Worrall.”

“I do use a lots of different wood pellet companies and you are one of the best. Ordering to delivery is very straightforward and always arrives within expected time scales. The only negative point I could think of is that your pricing could be slightly more competitive. I guess everyone want it cheaper.”

“The ash that we like remains good quality, I was particularly pleased with the delivery, as my location is On a hill and again my driveway the driver had an electric truck which made my 70 net delivery brilliant and certainly less stressful than previous none electric truck type on all occasions quality good”
