“Delivery was as arranged with the delivery driver being very helpfull and having the right machinery on his lorry to move the pallet inside my garage. First class service and having used the product before first class wood pelletts”

“Driver ok but not quite as helpful as previously but not all his fault as the crate was poor quality and falling too pieces. Hopefully back to normal next time This minor issue fully resolved by a small goodwill discount off my next order”

“Good communication logs were nice and dry and a good size a few split ones but these are great for getting your fire started so I don’t mind that. Delivered on time. Very pleased thank you”

“Great product. Atrocious delivery, several split bags, driver didn't ring and left the pallet with 96x15 kg bags across the drive gateway, and my non-horsey husband couldn't get onto the drive 😡😡😡😡.”

“I have used Luxury Wood several times. I thought I would try some other kiln dried logs from 2 other companies because they we just a little cheaper. The quality was not as good. They did not light easily and they gave off way too much sooty smoke. Luxury Wood Customer service is also very good!”

“Wood came at the time arranged. Driver helped to push the palate into the garage. Looks like a lot of wood, I counted about 750 logs of varying size, all dry and the right size for my 7kw log burner. Haven't used any yet so hopefully it is as good as it looks.”

“So far very disappointed. Still waiting for my delivery of logs and coal, almost 3 weeks after ordering And paying a lot of money!! The Luxury Wood Company needs to change their delivery company. The one you're currently using is useless!! Not happy and won't be ordering from you again nor recommend you to anyone.”

“The wood supplied is good. Luxury Wood also collaborates on delivery dates. Having bought wood from them for the last 3 years I notice that the crate sizes are getting smaller and therefore I'm receiving less wood for the same price. Since I require a certain volume of wood I would prefer they kept the volume the same and adjust the price as needed. I'd also ask that they be more transparent regarding the actual volume of wood in a crate (i.e. publish the internal volume of the crate on their website).”

“Speed of delivery- excellent Quality of product - very dry, manageable pieces suitable for most fires, oak burns well Price - having checked the internet found the price very competitive Overall- would highly recommend the company for it's efficiency and the quality of it's product.”
